The old rule says fast, cheap, good, or less work: pick two. We deliver all four. Fast, because we stay until it's done. Cheap, because there's no overhead or markup. Good, because one lead owns every detail. Less work for you, because there's no one to coordinate.
The trade-off is real, but only for a general contractor's business model. We're a remodel outfit, not a GC. We do finish work on homes that already exist: tile, cabinets, flooring, and trim, plus the supporting work that goes with them.
Limited scope means no dependencies, simple planning, and a schedule we can actually keep. That's the whole trick, and the next section shows the five parts of the system.

You choose and buy the materials, with our advice, and they're on site when we start, so nothing stalls waiting on a delivery. The bonus: we don't mark them up, so you keep the 10–20% a general contractor would add.
