This was done for a relative, as a gift, on a micro-budget. All the brick was found stone in the yard. The total budget was under $1,000, and it took 2 weeks.
Just clearing debris and having a vector of an idea for usability, light, and space, will do a lot for a landscape. And found brick/stone is always a windfall. The biggest part of this job was hauling the paver gravel and topsoil.
