We spent a month or so doing a low-cost cosmetic remodel for SF Media Group on Battery Street in San Francisco. It included raising a floor, creating a lowered ceiling and loft space, converting a closet into a changing room, a bathroom remodel with a new vanity and toilet, and misc. painting and other cosmetic improvements.
