This is a great example of what you can do with just paint. Pound-for-pound (dollar-for-dollar), paint and grass are key ingredients for a ‘ricky-ticky’ remodel.
Art deco building on 6th Avenue. Used a premier Ralph Lauren desert sand and robin’s egg blue around trim, to cover an ‘asylum white’ gloss paint on the walls of 1920’s apartment. Very pleased with the results. The point here is attention to detail.
