This is a pink marble tile bathroom with half-wall set over concrete backer board and Red Guard. The pan is floor level, and the threshold has a 6″ rise with a sloped face. The challenge with this piece was the waste produced from one tile size (1 2″ x 12″) and the smaller cuts needed for the shelving.
The overhead shower head required the plumbing be moved (which we didn’t perform), and the half wall was built over a 2 x 6 frame with built-in shelves.
It was our idea to make the seat obtuse angle.
