Older homes settle, which means uneven walls and non-planed floors, and out-of-square corners. This is tricky for tile. This client wanted a tile baseboard. I ended up free-handing the toilet drain opening cut with a black widow blade on the angle grinder. I used a polymer-modified mortar, which was sufficient for the baseboard. Because these
