This was fairly straightforward.

This involved a re-grout of the counter top and some touch-up paint.

Client was on a budget, but we helped him out.

We do patches from dry rot and sun damage frequently. A decision was made on this north-facing panel, to use concrete board, and Durham’s. One porch pillar had to be replaced. It just needs sanding and paint by the client’s painter.
