This was trickier than it looked. Required a repair concrete with bonding agents and a fair amount of demolition.
This was a straightforward one-day job. Included the stone plywood underlayment. The cabinets were sourced locally.
Done so many of these they’re pretty straightforward. The rule is sanded grout for wider lines. An exception is where you have uneven underlayment and want the grout to dry as you’ve installed it. We used non-sanded, and it took a lot of extra work to push it down. The bullnose on the tile, also, …
